MISSION

The School Counseling Department will ensure that all students get appropriate social/emotional, career and college preparatory support services and advisement for students in grades 9 through 12. A rigorous program of individual and group counseling will be offered to all students as a component of their academic, social, behavioral and personal development as they relate to grade level curriculum standards. The counseling department especially wants to encourage students’ growing maturity, independent thought and clarity of expression. We work to inspire students to achieve their personal best through collaboration, inclusion and goal-setting in a supportive environment of high expectations. We believe every child has the right to an exemplary education.  We strive to empower our students to thrive in their present
